Christina is a long-time resident of Alvin. She is an Alvin High School alumni and attended Alvin Community College. She later got married and had 4 children, 3 sporty boys and a ballerina. While staying at home to raise her children, Christina began her baking business and has become well known in the area. She has a heart for helping her community, is involved with her church and has been a Youth Empowering Team (YET) mentor for the past 4 years.

Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston. After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retail centers. Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years. Before joining the Reyes Realty Group, Theresa was employed by Mattress Firm as a Specialist in retail site procurement where she worked with real estate brokers all over the United States to find new locations.

Theresa has been a resident of Alvin since 1969. She attended Alvin High School where she met her husband of 37 years. They have two children, who along with their spouses both own businesses in Alvin. When she is not busy with clients, you will find her spending time with her 9 grandchildren.
